Worship and Arts Center

The Worship and Arts Center was built to increase seating for our Ignite Modern Worship service and to increase engagement as an arts center that serves as a blessing to our city for worship services, dramas, musical presentations, and other events.

Books & Gifts @First Bookstore

We offer resource materials relating to all of our weekly classes and other items such as devotional books, Bibles, gifts, children’s books, books on parenting and the family, grief, and much more.

Our bookstore is located on the second floor of Building A and is managed by FPC member Stacey Olive-Erwin. For more information, please call 864.565.0920.

Regular Hours:

Sunday: 9:00am-12:30pm
Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-1:00pm
Wednesday Evenings: 6:00-8:00pm

THE Intersection café and bridge city coffee

The Intersection is a public café and First Presbyterian Church is pleased to announce a partnership with local business Bridge City Coffee. Come grab a cup of coffee, gather with friends and family, or enjoy reading a book from the Bookstore! For more information about Bridge City, click the link below.

The Galleries at First Presbyterian

The Galleries at First Presbyterian feature three levels of viewing spaces for emerging artists and established artists, as well as nationally and internationally renowned artists. The Lenz Gallery on the third floor is dedicated in memory of Alice Lenz and in honor of Jerry Lenz. It is museum-compliant with the American Alliance of Museums with temperature and humidity controls. 

Lenz Gallery hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am - 1:30pm. Appointments and public tours are also available by contacting Fine Arts Director Chelsea Fraser at cfraser@firstpresgreenville.org or 864.565.0907.

First and Second Floor Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30am - 5:00pm and Fridays from 8:30am - 3:00pm.

The Gathering Areas

STURGIS GATHERING SPACE

The large gathering area was designed to connect the two worship spaces of the church on the same level and to foster fellowship. The space is dedicated in memory of long-time member of the church, Martha Beth Sturgis by her family.


ABBOTT GATHERING SPACE

The smaller gathering area, formerly the church parlor, connects to the larger gathering area and was named in memory of long-time member Mary Ann Abbott.

Graham Gym

The Graham Gym is dedicated in honor of Lindsay Graham for his faithful service as Minister of Activities at First Presbyterian Church from 1974 to 2019.

First Pres Sports is managed by Conquerors Sports Academy, an organization dedicated to maximizing sports ministry within the church and throughout the community.

First Pres Sports offers pickup play, socials, tournaments, rec leagues, and more! If you have any questions along the way, reach out to the Conquerors Sports Academy team. We welcome feedback and suggestions for any additional sports programs you would like to see at First Presbyterian Church.
